Searches for and retrieves confirmed patient identity links in the CommonWell network using a local patient identifier or patient demographics. Returns both local and remote patient links — including those autolinked by the CommonWell rules engine and those manually linked. Only confirmed links at LOLA level 2 or higher are included in the results.
